Registration is Open until 20th September 2021  (MENA NATIONAL & MENA RESIDENTS)

Please make sure you have read all the information on this site and ensure you have all the required documents ready before you proceed.

NOTE:  Participants who register after 11 am GST on Wednesday, September 20, 2021, will be on the waiting list, acceptance will be on a case by case basis.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

All ASN’s are required to send the Entries as per the chosen Category of their nominated Drivers as per below, please read the full regulations here___

Each MENA ASN may nominate the following delegates without charge (fully subsidized by the organization):
➢ 1 driver per category in MENA RMC classes (up to 6 drivers in total)
➢ Up to 2 team entries into the MENA RD1 ELITE ENDURANCE
➢ Up to 3 drivers in the MENA RD1 ELITE SPRINT
The below fees apply to ASNs for ADDITIONAL drivers/teams over the numbers specified above:
➢ OMR 1050 contribution for any additional MENA Rotax MAX Challenge entries
➢ OMR 210 per additional team entered into the RD1 ELITE ENDURANCE
➢ OMR 105 per additional driver entered into the RD1 ELITE SPRINT

1. What is the MENA Karting Championship Nations Cup (MENA CUP)? 

This is the first major Karting Series in its second edition under the auspices of the FIA Sport Grant Programme, which has been created specifically to ensure that future editions can be hosted by any MENA country with suitable facilities and with minimal annual investment.

First Edition: 2020 February 10^th -14^th

Second Edition: 2021 November 16^th – 20^th

1. What will the Organiser provide?

The organizer fully subsidized the following: Excerpt from Sporting Regulations: 2.4.5

1. 1 driver per category in MENA RMC classes (up to 6 drivers in total)
2.  Up to 2 team entries into the MENA RD1 ELITE ENDURANCE
3. Up to 3 drivers in the MENA RD1 ELITE SPRINT

The Organiser will provide the following to MENA RMC & RD1 Competitors can be seen on the Drivers Info pages 8 – 10

1. What is the role of each ASN in the MENA Cup?

Each ASN has to choose and Nominate all Participants who want to take part in the Championship.

ASN has to collect all the requirements and documents from the selected Driver and send them to the organizer for Registration.

ASN has to shoulder payments for any Fees & Dues on additional Drivers/Teams beyond the prescribed number of participants as mentioned in point B.

1. On queries about Tickets & Lodging:

Please note that the Organizer will not cover Air Tickets and Accommodations of all Participants.

We have selected hotels closest to Muscat Speedway and are still negotiating on getting the best rates for the event : see it here at the Drivers info pages 22-23.
